Chef Mengly brings a new vibrancy to the Siem Reap restaurant industry.
He started his career in the kitchen of his family’s Cambodian home. Chef Mengly was born in Siem Reap and inspired by his mother’s home cooking with the wonders of fresh produce from his parent’s farm and surrounding forests, which helped to mould his talents.
In 2012, he completed his apprenticeship at the famous Paul Dubrule cooking school on route 6 in Siem Rea, an ASEAN registered college for hospitality.
